Hello everyone! Sebastian here!
This is my last blog here in Ikebukuro before I will return to Hatagaya. If you are interested please continue to read my blogs there as well :)
Although it's almost winter (at least calender wise) it has been pretty warm for a long time here in the land of the rising sun.
So while in Germany the trees have already lost almost all of their leaves the colors started changing here only quite recently.
Nevertheless it is very beautiful. The amount of trees carrying a full red or yellow colour is far higher than at home.
And during autumn you always have great chances to take beautiful pictures. Complementing colours, micro or macro shots, whatever you prefer.
As you have read in Hawker's blog already we made a tour to Hamarikyu Park in Tokyo's harbour area. I went there for the first time and it was really impressive.
I bet it's a gorgeous sight in every season. You should head there and see for yourselves!
Even a simple bike ride to the station can become a whole different experience if you ride through a tunnel of yellow trees while even the floor is covered in gold.
(Sorry but I could not take a picture at that time >.<)
Or you can take a photographer friend and start a little shooting in the local park! It was actually the first "professinal" shooting I did. It was very interesting but also very very cold wearing only a T-Shirt (＾◇＾)ゞ
Here are my favourite pics!
Alright, see you again in Hatagaya!
