However, how can you becoming a real Sushi chef like them? You must work as an apprentice for some sushi reastaurant for years and years under ordinary circumstances.
Kagurazaka Sushi Academy (Kagurazaka)
I found an another answer, and visited the place named "Kagurazaka Sushi Academy" at the other day. It's a specialized school of sushi and also a restaurant which aspiring sushi chefs are cooking for you. Even they are students still, it taste really good and inexpensive (3,000 yen / All you can eat / over 50 kinds).
There are so many shops and long-established restaurants in Kagurazaka as well. It takes only 10 mins by Yurakucho Line (Subway) from Ikebukuro which is the closest station for Sakura Hotel Ikebukuro.
