What is your favorite Japanese food?
I seriously love eating. lol
It's one of the easiest way to feel happiness to me.
What I like about Japanese food is we can either have fun with looks and tastes.
The second picture is the one I took last night.
This plate of assorted SASHIMI was served as an appetizer called "Otooshi" .
It's served to every customer (every table) which is a kind of cover charge and is normally several hundred yen.
I think SASHIMI is the most simple but detailed and beautiful Japanese food.
As you know, this is Ramen!!!
There are so many kind of soup like
Shoyu (Soy sauce)
Tonkotsu (Pork stock)
↑ This one is seafood soup ramen that is made with AGO (the name of a kind of fish) stock.
Ahhhh I love Japanese BBQ so so much (´;ω;`)
I actually had a bit gorgeous meats than usuall about a week ago.
They got me like I was sent to heaven.
And ↑ this is one of my most favorite Japanese food called "MONJA".
Normally, Monja is served uncooked.
If you go to Monja/Okonomiyaki restaurant, there is a big iron plate on the tables and need to cook most of food by ourselves.
But if you don't know how to do it, just ask staff! they will cook for you.(^^)/
I know this looks not that good but tastes awesome.
My most favorite ingredients for Monja is the standard "seasoned cod roe, rice cake and cheese"
You can customize with any ingredients and make your own Monja!
Please try these Japanese food when you come to Japan.
Ah I'm hungry now.
