You prob don't remember I posted bout "Michelin Guide" in 2015.
So do ya know what it is?
Michelin Guide is the guide book has been publishing for more than 100 year,
features restaurants and hotels award stars for excellence,
and the annual is for many countries or cities in the world includes Tokyo.
And you also know the guide in 2016 listed one restaurant as one star
for the worlds' first "ramen" restaurant?
The restaurant is "Japanese Soba Noodle 蔦(Tsuta)",
one of the most popular ramen shops located in Sugamo,
2 stops by JR Yamanote line from Ikebukuro,
became well known after listed in the guide by applause and surprise.
Then this year 2017, Michelin listed another ramen restaurant as worlds' "second" one star.
The restaurant is "鳴龍" (nakiryu),
located in Otsuka by only one stop from Ikebukuro,
mainly serves Dandan noodle (担々麵),
but also serves Soy sauce flavour (醤油) and Salt flavour(塩).
Michelin seemed to feature Soy sauce flavour this year
for listing as honered one starred restaurant
from as Bib Gourmand, Michelin has listed Nakiryu as an exceptional good food at moderable prices in 2016.
Yup, this is the soy sauce one I've already tried before listed.
Looks delicious, doesn't it?
Needless to say, it is AWESOME :)
But do you think one starred ramen is expensive?
Nah, ramen never costs you much.
So one starred ramens are highly recommended,
though you'd be required to join a quite bit long queue xD
