I think EVERYBODY loves SUSHI! and see Sushi restaurants EVERYWHERE!!!
Even if you do not like fish, you have heard "Sushi" right??
Actually, many guests ask where to eat Sushi and about the Tsuiji Fish Market.
So I'll tell you a little bit of Special Terms for Sushi which are pretty useful when you go to Sushi restaurants in Japan!
Its pickled ginger often served with sushi. Its marinated in a solution in sugar and vinegar,
so its not really like "ginger ginger hot!"
Ginger is "Shoga" in Japanese, but try saying "GARI" when you go Sushi restaurants in Japan.
2: NAMIDA （Wasabi）
This is pretty easy! Namida means "tears" in English!
As you know Wasabi is really spicy and hot but not like chili hot and that strong flavor goes to your nose directly!!!!!
Wasabi makes you tear up easily!!!
This is the reason why its called "Namida" for Sushi!
Those terms are commonly used at Sushi restaurants in Japan!
You can try them when you go Sushi restaurants in Japan or even in your county.
All chefs think "wow he/she knows...!!!!"
