我5月的時候一定做羊栖菜,
羊栖菜是一種海草,
鈣,鎂含量都很豐富
可以減肥,
聽?還可以預防5月病

不想生病是我做這道菜的原因之一,
今天介紹羊栖菜的做法,
又好吃又簡單,

【材料 4人份】
羊栖菜・・・50g
香菇・・・・2個
胡蘿蔔・・・1/2根
色拉油・・・2湯匙
醬油・・・4湯匙
清酒・・・1湯匙
甜料酒・・・1湯匙
【做法】
把乾的羊栖菜泡在大量的水中大約一個小時。
把羊栖菜的水分除掉,在鍋中倒入色拉油,燒熱,然後把已經預先切碎的香菇、胡蘿蔔放入鍋中,加水2/3杯。
煮開之後,加清酒和醬油,繼續煮五分鐘,收汁以後就放甜料酒,再煮一下就完成了!
