Have you ever had the Vietnamese dessert?
I think many people know "Sinh To" , which is similar fruit smoothie.
Then do you know this???
This is "Kem Xoi" which came from Viet Nam!!!
"Kem" means Ice Cream, "Xoi" means sticky rice in Vietnamese.
One of my vietnamse friend Loc made this menu!
We've just started to sell this "KEM XOI" at Sakura Cafe Ikebukuro!
Ice cream and rice!???? Cannot believe!!
Non, non, non, this dessert is very popular in Viet Nam.
When I lived in Ho Chi Minh City, I ate Kem Xoi at cafe.
Green sticky rice tasted so sweet!
By the way, why green????
