This is a good information for all RUNNERS in Tokyo!!!
In the last a few years, the population of "Runners" has increased in Japan.
You will see many people running around the Imperial Palace which is one the the most popular running spot.
First of all, have you ever heard about "Runsta"???
Actually, it stands for "Runners Station" which is shower spot for runners!
Even if you go for a run in Tokyo after work or something,
you CAN'T find a place to take a shower.... but too expensive to stay at hotel just for shower...
