A vermiselli in very rich pork stock soup which is very popular in "Kyushu" South part of Japan.
This is getting popular in Tokyo, which is eating like soba souce in thick soup.
A noodle in "MISO(soybean paste)" soup that famous in "Hokkaido" north in Japan.
You can try a variety of noodles like these or more, even you are in Tokyo.
