Last Wednesday I went to Shin-Okubo with my parents.
My family like Korean food so much.
So I took them to one of the famous Korean Restaurant 'Embassy'
Many famous Korean people visited this restaurant.Politician,Athlete etc...
At the entrance, Dolhareubang welcomed us.
Normally we can see Dolhareubang in the Jeju Island.
His name means 'Grandfather made by stone'
We ordered Samgyopsal(Pork belly) which I love the most in Korean food.
My father tried to grill pork by himself.
Wow~~~ it looks delicious,isn't it????
When you eat Samgyopsal,
let's wrap by Shanggiu(lettuce) with Kimchi,Soybean paste,green onion salad etc...
It tastes heavenly!
Ah...this is my mother's hand,not mine..
Um....so yummy(^-^) But didn't finish yet!
I should have cold noodles after having Samgyopsal.
Korean staff cut the noodle by seasors.
She speaks Japanese very very well,so I didn't need to speak in Korean(^^)hahaha
If you feel languid because of extreme hot weather,
let's try Samgyopsal! You'll be energetic~~~\(^▼^)/
