SAKE is good for health!?

As you know SAKE is a rice-based alcoholic beverage of Japanese origin.
I can't drink alcohol much, but I like drinking SAKE sometimes.
Yesterday I went to IZAKAYA(Japanese bar) and had SAKE!
I chose "NAMBU BIJIN" which is IWATE(my hometown!) product.
I have heard that SAKE is good for health.
Is it true??
I am not sure, but if I read some information of SAKE....
An amino acid and vitamins, peptide, a mineral are included in sake abundantly.
10-20 times of the wine seem to have the amino acid in particular!!
Also not only SAKE but alcohol can make blood vessel opens and make a body warms.
If the blood circulation improves, it seem to be able to expect cold and stiffness in the shoulders,
lumbago, a beauty effect and the prevention of that secretion of the skin improves more aging!!
Wow~ seems like a medicine for health.
HOWEVER...
Of course the excessive drinking of the alcohol is not good.
The alcohol ingredient which we can resolve a human body into at a night is around 35-36ml. (When it's sake, about 180ml)
So, don't drink too much~ but enjoy SAKE sometimes (^-^)/
There are several kinds of sake at SAKURA CAFE IKEBUKURO.
You can try one!!
