What is your comfort food?
There are varing definitions of comfort food, but I'd like to talk about nostalgic food,
the food brings us the memories.
Here, I would like to introduce you all the Japanese comfort food, Ochazuke.
Ochazuke, it's Japanese traditional home cooking.
Basically, it's rice, usually topped with salmon, pickled ume(umeboshi), salted pollack...
anything you like, or you have in your refrigerator ;) with seasoning.
Pouring Japanese tea on it, cooking ochazuke is done.
TaDa~!!!
You could use the instant ochazuke powder,
which is extremely simple to cook!
Just sprinkle it on rice and pour Japanese tea-
Enjoy!!
