We have many Susan from all over the world :).
I know that many people in Taiwan has English name. Is that because easy to familier with Western culture?
I wish we have English name too. Unfortunary, Japan doesn't have that kind of system. So it is hard to pronounce my name for people from western country.

sariko, for your question,i think the answer is yes.
Usually before the first time we take the english class, we'll pick up a english name, and a lot of people will pick up one that sounds similar with their chinese name.
For "Sariko", I think "Selina" is not a bad idea :P
